Welcome to Koru Health Coaching! I'm Dr Rebecca Lander, and my passion is your health and wellbeing.
I bring extensive experience to coaching individuals and groups across all stages of life, with a special focus on supporting women and men in the second half of life—anyone from around age 35 to 80+!
With my professional background in health coaching, nutrition, and healthcare, I serve as an empathetic and knowledgeable guide on your path to wellness. I look forward to getting to know you!
